Question for you....are you taking over Zeller's?

There are many issues that need improvement Aisles and freezer compatrments are often blocked with stocking carts etc (although there is no one around who is actually stocking shelves) and consumers cannot get at the items they wish to buy much of the produce is not fresh packaged meats still on shelves after 'best before' date checkout staff often do not acknowledge customers because they are too busy chatting/flirting with other staff members items seem disorganized and are hard to find (eg ..why are there crackers shelved in three different aisles?) limited selection of products not very clean .
I've talked to employees/managers about this but it just seems to get worse. Only solution for me is to shop elsewhere!

Always reliable. Good service and just the right size with a good selection for a trouble and annoying-free shop.

well i use to work for zehrs and the shelves are restocked everysingle nite with around 12-20 skids a nite there is products missing because the ppl hirer up dis-contuined alot of stuff and decieded switch all the stores around in district NOT managment at the stores.. you can have fresh deli meat sliced right on the spot. if you refering to lobstar tank it needs to have some algae to keep them healthy which will not effect you in any way.. alot produce comes from across the nation cant exspect it to be perfect on arrival... the service clerks have other duties then baging groceries so when there not avaible the cahsiers will will bag or supervisors or managment.

I have been to this location of Zehrs on many occasions. The shelves are very often bare and need restocking. Many items are just not there, and after taking the time to go to this paticular store it is very disappointing that many items that i needed are not available, and as a result I have to go to another store to get the items. It seems that the management is not making sure the shelves are stocked, this should be looked into by those in charge. Not a happy shopper at Zehs on Eramosa Mandy

come on zehrs...competition is tough out there you should be upping the bar. right from the filthy carts to the often questionable produce, the first impression is not great. i love shopping at the eramosa site, it's just the right size, well organized and efficient. maybe you could modernize things, more organics and unique ingredients would be nice.

obviously if you have a problem with zehrs you are just a peddy nitpicky person who should just go to ultra and there ya go fresh food whre they throw it out when its like 1 day old, and it costs twice as much for same stuff with a fancy package. Zehrs is pretty much cheap and convenient and the food freshness is fine, if one type of vegetable is shelved for a while, they're not forcing you to buy it, geez, who don't you just go take your poodle for a walk and go live in a mansion with personal chefs if you standards are so high. Although they could lose the diapers and stuff in the middle isles.

It may be small and a little dirty...but it is a friendly place. I prefer the small store where I can find what I am looking for without being bombarded with lawn chairs and televisions that I don't need to see in a grocery store. I think the store needs a little cleaning here and there...some renovations and new uniforms would give it a polished look. I don't quite understand this site,though...i think that anyone who is going to complain about every single detail without giving at least a positive remark is just out to settle some bug that they have inside them and should just not say anything at all. I find the store very cosy with a friendly atmosphere...they're doing their best I just wish it was cleaner.

The Deli Meat is ALWAYS cut ahead at this store. Gross.

Produce
Produce is not very fresh. There is always difficulty finding produce that is not bruised, scratched, or going bad. Occasionally there is even a bad odour in some produce sections

Meat Counter
Have seen sanitary issues at the fish counter. The deli meat is cut ahead of time (sometimes it seems like days in advance) as it is VERY dry and has lost its flavour.

Bakery
Who doesn't sell pizza crust???

Overall
stock is typically bare, and it is difficult to find items. Poor organization of shelves causes confusion - why does corn have to be in several spots, shouldn't it just be all together?

I would not recommend shopping here unless you only need non perishables, if you can find them. The lack of attention to fresh product leaves me wondering even about the perishables.
