Dear Friend As a Zehr's lifer-shopping for almost 40 years, I am distraught by my experinece this week. Early in the week, I had to return a large container of Cottage Cheese-expiry date said October 6-it was SOUR. A day later I opened another Cottage Cheese to find the seal OPEN!!- how absurd and unsafe. I did receive replacements at the Service Counter. In mid week, my wife purchased grapes and PC red pepper dip during a visit. The grapes are truly sour and again the seal on the dip was broken!!! What's happening here to quality control? Today, I open a package of Andy Boy lettuce-it is rotten-brown-OUCH!!! Five in a week is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too many!!! No quality no control. Most years, shoping has been a pleasure. This week questions your dedication and service. As a store you charge higher prices and provide good environments. Too have this result this week is ultimately unsatisfactory.
