Golden Griddle Family Restaurants

My family and I went out to Golden Griddle for dinner. ( June 15th 2010 around 6pm. We have been long time customers of this restraunt. Sadly today my family and i were furious as to our expieience their. We arrived and got seated, noticed maybe 5 other tables that actually had people eating dinner. it took them 15 minutes for us to get our drink order placed along with our meal order.. not to our table... just for her to take our order. Our order was Rootbeer,Chocolate Milk, Apple Juice and Water along with our meals. When the waitress brought our drinks our she droped her tray of drinks on our 18 month old son, myself and the diaper/work bag. Son fully soaked head to toe, my pant leg soaked, diaper bags and contents ( touch screen cell phone, diapers, wipes and (work papers Legal court papers) all soaked with our drinks the waitress spilled. The cell phone speaker fades in and out, and is sticky. the bag which is white is badly stained, diapers ruined court papers unledgeable. At this point i told the waitress to cancel our order and i wanted to talk to a manager she proceeded to say he (Sam)wasnt available and was out to dinner with his family and no supervisors were on hand.. what crap is that! All she offered to do for me is give me the store number to call and contact him tomorrow. When i said we were leaving ( i did it politely as i could with a screaming 3 yr old and a wet and crying 18 month old and very upset fiance. She( the waitress) proceeded to storm away and say to the other girls that mistakes happen in a rude ranting tone. I know they do, but they must be responsible for their actions. She wasnt as we didnt even get a napkin ( when we needed about 50) to clean things off. I have never seen such horid service their.

Great service, Food was warm and tasty, Restaurant was clean and warming, I'd go there again and again and I'd tell my friends about it too.
